Paul Van Dyk : a career like few others !

The DJ and German producer continues his extraordinary career with a masterpiece album .

We had already anticipated it , it has been for some time the period of the rebirths, of the musical rediscoveries and of the great returns , but if for Markus Schulz it was a return in style after quite discrete years , Paul van Dyk already from the previous album, “From Then On” had anticipated old-fashioned sounds, re-proposing those melodies that characterized the beginning of his career .

It seemed that his last work would last long enough with the release of various musical singles, but Paul’s artistic vein was immediately pushed to the recording of his ninth album and “Music Rescues Me” is out on December 7 of this year .

There are endless collaborations of great quality, some with artists of his knowledge as Plumb who sang for the single anticipation ( which takes the name of the same album ) and that with the club mix promises to be one of the most relevant pieces of this 2018 , almost predictable then the presence of Sue McLaren and Chris Bekker in his songs while these days came out “Voyager” , a work that perfectly describes the eternal concept of trance music for van Dyk , in collaboration with Alex M.O.R.P.H. , a track that has thrilled the audience of the last Transmission in Prague last October 27th !

This is the complete tracklist of the album :

01. Paul van Dyk & Lostly – Amanecer
02. Paul van Dyk, Alan Wyse & Sue McLaren – You Are
03. Paul van Dyk & Alex M.O.R.P.H. – Voyager
04. Paul van Dyk & James Cottle – Echoes
05. Paul van Dyk & Chris Bekker – Solar Snapshot
06. Paul van Dyk & Plumb – Music Rescues Me (Pvd Club Mix)
07. Paul van Dyk & Steve Dekay – Aurora
08. Paul van Dyk & Saad Ayub – Future Memories
09. Paul van Dyk & Rafael Osmo – Moments with You
10. Paul van Dyk & Delta One – Lost Angels

12. Paul van Dyk – Mission Control
13. Paul van Dyk & Project 8 – Made of Stars
14. Paul van Dyk – Time Traveler
15. Paul van Dyk – Reprise

Overall, these works and collaborations reproduce a beat of his old style combined with different pads and reboots both euphoric and melodic but with some progressive clues . However , we have all very danceable pieces of music in front of us, always suited to the track , something that the German never failed to do .

After a difficult period, like the accident at his last ASOT, Paul Van Dyk has risen and continues to give dreamy tracks thanks to his experience that has made it the best in the world twice .
