When Armin van Buuren opened the contest in October 2013 to decide what the future new anthem for the ASOT 650 should be, the first which saw the celebration of the event for the Dutch stage in Jaarbeurs Utrecht, the fans chose this amazing track from Dutch/German DJ and producer Jorn van Deynhoven: and never was the choice more appropriate, because the track had all the potential to be the ideal anthem: an engaging trance motif that rises untill a massive chorus, Armin van Buuren has proposed over the years this anthem several times in his DJ sets, making it iconic: New Horizons was released in 2014 on A State Of Trance label is today one of the most beloved trance anthem and was subsequently remixed by Mark Sixma, who gave the song a “dark” progressive touch.
