Mark Norman – Phantom Manor

An old legend, a haunted house, an ride of a world-famous amusement park, in short, ‘Phantom Manor’ It’s a name that definitely goes well with Halloween !

In 2004, Mark de Jong and Norman Lenden, aka Mark Norman, produced what would probably become one of their most famous and strongest trance tracks of that year: Phantom Manor, precisely.

Released on the epic Magik Muzik label and played by every famous trance DJ of the time, Phantom Manor became legendary for its engaging trance rhythm that embraces an irresistible beat. Equally notable is the EP’s b-side, Rush: a real trance gem.

Included in the famous series-compilation In Trance We Trust 009 remixed by Mark Norman in 2004, Phantom Manor was then remixed by various DJs over the years, including MaRlo, Indecent Noise, Paul Denton, Daniel Wanrooy and many others who, producing equally fantastic versions that have not distorted the captivating and … monstrous aspect of this legendary trance bomb !
