Armin van Buuren hands over command next Thursday to his friend Ferry Corsten for a special episode 1029 of his radioshow
The king go on vacation: and here the longed-for summer holidays have arrived also for the boss of A State Of Trance, in these next two weeks will give way to DJs and friends Ferry Corsten and Giuseppe Ottaviani, who will respectively take control in the episodes 1029 and 1030 of A State Of Trance.
As known, since July of last year, Ferry Corsten is the regular guest once a month during the second hour of A State Of Trance but for next episode he will play for both hours: into this special year of the celebrations of A State Of Trance 1000 however, nostalgia for the historical trance often comes back to reign and Ferry Corsten has therefore packaged a special episode of the radioshow.
In fact, during the episode 1029 of A State Of Trance this Thursday, Ferry will give us the sounds of System F and Gouryella, his most important aliases: two hours of true historical trance music and maybe, who knows, even something new from the System F project, a track much awaited by trance lovers.
Ferry Corsten is experiencing yet another lucky year of his long career which turns 25 this year: the farewell to Corsten’s Countdown and the arrival of Resonation Radio marked a new and rich chapter, made up of fruitful collaborations, with Tom Staar and Darla Jade for the powerful “Glow”, with Leon Bolier and NBLM for the brilliant “Trust You” and again with Ruben de Ronde for the elegant progressive track “Bloodstream”. But it is also the year of Gouryella’s new track: “Orenda” is already destined to be one of the most popular trance track of the year; and last, but not least, the new “Lemme Take You” is in rotation these days on the radio.
Ferry Corsten, with the historical alias System F, will be one of the protagonists inside the most important stage during the second day of celebrations, saturday 4 September, of A State Of Trance 1000 in Jaarbeurs Utrecht: these are very delicate days to understand the fate of the events of next autumn in The Netherlands: probably by the weekend we will know if such events will happen.
Let’s keep our finger crossed !
