From May 7th to 10th next year, the third edition of an event that has now reached truly extraordinary proportions will take place
In recent years, summer destinations devoted to electronic music have gained a new kind of prominence, even from a geographical standpoint: another European island, Malta, has in fact become a true synonym for music and entertainment.
The organizational and infrastructural growth of this beautiful island has encouraged numerous international music brands to choose Malta as the venue for their events. Among them, one of the agencies that has stood out the most in the trance and progressive scene is Rong Events.
Originally from the UK, Rong Events made its debut in 2021 with its first event in Manchester, a city that still serves as its operational base.
In 2022, it took an important step forward by securing its own dedicated arena at Creamfields North in Daresbury, where it hosted a wide selection of British and international producers over two days. The success was repeated in 2023, with Rong hosting two separate stages during the two-day Creamfields North event.
However, 2024 marked a true turning point for Rong, with the organization of its first Open Air event and the definitive consolidation of its success.
At the St. Paul’s Bay Arena in Malta, the event gathered over sixty trance and progressive artists across four days ,an achievement comparable only to the great historic festivals of the genre.
This year, once again in May, the event returned with the same impressive number of artists, offering a unique experience featuring Open Air shows, sunset events, and even live boat sets.
For next year, the new line-up has already been announced, once again set in the stunning setting of St. Paul’s Bay from May 7th to 10th, bringing together a huge roster of artists performing across several locations around the bay.
It’s almost impossible to name them all, just take a look at the official poster, truly impressive and packed with big names, sure to please every fan of the genre.
An immediate and thoroughly deserved success for this agency, which over the past two years has almost single-handedly managed and elevated the trance scene in Malta, earning the full support of the entire international trance community.
