The musical chemistry between the Australian and South African producers finds further confirmation in a new release, once again enriched by the enchanting vocals of Theia
Consistently capturing the excitement and spirit of authentic, high-quality trance music is a challenge that only a handful of artists can truly master. Brendan Blatt, better known as Factor B, undoubtedly belongs to that select group. His 2025 campaign offered further proof, with a steady stream of singles accompanying the journey toward his album Bloom (In Loving Memory). We’ve said it before and it is worth repeating: the combination of a pure musical style, the enthusiasm of its followers, and the passion its creator pours into every production has given rise to something truly powerful,a rare musical phenomenon.
On the other side stands Andre Frauenstein, better known as Lostly, an artist who has built his career in a more understated fashion, away from the spotlight, while steadily reaching important milestones through some of the genre’s most respected labels. The element that has allowed him to consistently deliver authentic and high-quality trance productions is undoubtedly his refined technical ability, present in every release and constantly reinforcing a creativity that seems incapable of following any other path.
Bringing these two distinct approaches to music together became possible through the recent creation of a new collaborative project featuring both artists: Lost Minds.
On November 21, 2025, at the Dream Stage during Dreamstate SoCal, the duo made their debut with a tracklist that perfectly showcased their musical synergy. Alongside several IDs from the new project, they unveiled Echoes From A Past Life, the first official release under the alias. A track that clearly highlighted the combined technical and melodic strengths of Factor B and Lostly.
Naturally, this was only the beginning. The excitement surrounding the project quickly generated considerable anticipation among trance fans. Announced just a few days ago and scheduled for release on June 25, Time Moves In Circles was already one of the duo’s most eagerly awaited productions, having been featured multiple times throughout their sets. The track also sees the return of vocalist Theia, who has already appeared on several recent productions by the Australian producer.
Her unmistakable vocal performance introduces the powerful melodies of a track that perfectly blends the experience and musical craftsmanship of the two artists behind the project. With every production, their intention seems to be the same: to build a long, imposing emotional journey that captures the listener’s mind and emotions until the moment of its explosive release. By now, this has become a recognizable signature of both artists. Should they choose to further develop the Lost Minds project, they undoubtedly possess all the qualities needed to establish themselves within a trance scene that remains as complex as it is fascinating and beautiful.
