Joie Hinton, Merv Pepler and Steve Everitt are the Eat Static, from England. Especially in the 90s they became a reference point for the nascent Goa and Psy Trance. One of their most appreciated works is definitely “Epsylon EP” of 1995, that including the eponymous “Epsylon” that we listen to:
