Gardenstate’s debut album is coming: “Inspirations”

The duo launches their debut album on Anjunabeats label after a series of acclaimed releases

The Scandinavian dj and producer Marcus Schössow already has a long experience as a producer of trance and house music; in 2019, the meeting with Matthew Felner gave birth to a new page of music: songs like “Journal Space”, “Bloom”, “Blum”, “Indigo”, “Charon”, characterized by a deep progressive sound, have certainly caught the attention of the “bosses” of Anjunabeats, who welcomed them in 2020 with “Surreal”, a lovely progressive-trance track accompanied by a sparkling vocal house in the background.Subsequently, their remix of “No One No Earth” in a progressive break key, surprised the critics and definitively consecrated them.

This year, with GVN (Gavin Brown) they signed an amazing break track with 90s sounds, “Take Me There”, to testify the versatility of the duo; the latest release, still in rotation these days thanks to excellent remixes by Patrice Bäumel, Lost Prince and the gardenstate themselves, is “The Best Part” (with Bien).

“The Best Part” is the first single from the duo’s first debut album, “Inspirations”, out on October 15th:

Last night, during episode 448 of Above & Beyond Group Therapy radioshow, the “Record Of The Week” was the track that will lead the debut album, “1995” and which, together with the previous single, says a lot about the sounds of “Inspirations”: a fusion between the progressive world and the so-called melodic techno, which is entering the trance scene well.

Gardenstate will be among the artists present in seven days at the awaited ABGT450 in London and we will certainly have the opportunity to listen to a lot of new tracks of their new work.
