Fatum: Not only the tour, “Shapeshifter EP” will arrive on November 26

The Californian duo dealing with a brilliant new page in their interesting musical path

The captivating sounds between trance, elettro and progressive house music that Fatum have brought to the music scene for some years, cannot go unnoticed: the American group composed of Bruce Karlsson and Daniel Paul Davis (and Chad Newbold as solo composer) Grammy Nominated on 2015 for “Hold On” remix of JES, is in fact now consolidated in Anjunabeats and recently is grappling with the “Shapeshifter Tour 2021” in the USA, which began last August 23 in Arizona and will end at the end of this month.

The tour bears the name of a new EP that the duo will release on November 26th “Shapeshifter EP” and which will contain at least two of their new tracks released in recent weeks: “Deserve It” (feat. Mars Atlas) and “Radiant”:

“Deserve It”, premiered by Above & Beyond last September during the celebrations for ABGT450 at The Drumsheds, London, is a true vocal trance gem: early elaborate techno-trance sounds give way to a splendid vocal break, by Mars Atlas, followed by an engaging trance riff, in our opinion one of the best vocal trance tracks of this 2021.

“Radiant” is the classic instrumental “bomb” that brings together all the Fatum sound of recent times, with that electro touch but without distorting the original progressive-trance nature of the track.

The new EP will contain one or more other new tracks that we will discover in the coming days: it’s not the first collection that Fatum have released during 2021: at the beginning of summer the captivating sound of the “Stream Starting Soon EP” with five tracks has certainly thrilled fans who love their particular style.
