Three different shades of trance and progressive in this crazy edition of Ultra Miami
It was a weekend of great trance emotions at the 11th edition of the Ultra Music Festival in Miami: in this 2023 edition the boss of A State Of Trance Armin van Buuren brought the sound of his famous brand once again to the heavenly location of Bayfront Park in Miami three times.
In fact, on Friday 24th, in the Worldwide Stage renamed ASOT Stage Reflexion, there were moments of pure trance and progressive energy with artists of the caliber of Ruben De Ronde, Blastoyz, iLan Bluestone, Ferry Corsten and subsequently we experienced a spectacular B2B between Ferry Corsten himself and Armin van Buuren who in half an hour made us relive the emotions of the Celebration Weekend in Jaarbeurs Utrecht last March 3rd: 30 minutes of pure classic trance with an unreleased remix of the legendary Da Hool – Meet Her At The Love Parade from 1997: it will be theirs ? A little later, after Gareth Emery‘s set, Armin van Buuren unleashed his most classic of sets, proposing big current trance and progressive tracks, with a particular reference to his remix of Transmission by Eelke Kleijn (candidate to become one of the track of the year) and his tracks from the upcoming album Feel Again, here it’s:
Finally, on Saturday 25th, Armin played his canonical “mainstream” set in the Ultra Mainstage, fusing trance, progressive, melodic techno and EDM in two hours of insane music, also in this case with some interesting ID tracks, which you can listen to here:
