The long bridge that connects the love for music of Brendan Blatt, also known as Factor B, with his love for life has, in recent years, taken shape through a series of musical productions that have revolutionized the trance charts: his inspiration has sparked unconditional love from listeners, intertwining with deeply personal themes.
After the outstanding 2021 album Theatre Of The Mind, whose standout track Sea Of Thoughts was hailed as one of the most powerful uplifting trance productions of the last decade, Brendan quickly found a renewed, intense, and determined creative spark for a new project: Bloom (In Loving Memory), released in January of this year, stands as an immense act of love, also dedicated to the life experiences that have marked his recent years.
2025 is undoubtedly considered his best year to date in terms of releases, also thanks to the productions under his alias Highlandr: Bloom, Ghosts, How Long Is Forever?, Breathing In, and Me & You are the five singles that have accompanied us throughout the year, following an emotionally consistent path of success alongside his fans, thanks to his ability to convey his feelings through captivating melodies and powerful buildups.
After many months of anticipation, today marks the release of the Club Mix of the final track from the album, You’ll Miss Me When I’m Gone: the track has long been a staple in his DJ sets and has finally come to life. As Brendan himself wrote, it is one of the most awaited tracks, not only from Bloom album, but from his entire career. Brendan adds:
“You’ll miss me when I’m gone” – the closing record on Bloom, named after a tongue in cheek phrase my Irish mother used to always say to me and my siblings, re created on the record by my sister..”
This track had been receiving acclaim for a long time and is undoubtedly set to feature prominently in the year-end trance charts for 2025.
So, today, Factor B – You’ll Miss Me When I’m Gone has finally been released in its long-awaited Extended Club Mix and is available.
