The main event to celebrate 25 years of their career and their label will be held on May 17th on The Brooklyn Mirage in NYC
The most famous trance group ever had already tried in 2020 to celebrate the twentieth anniversary of their musical career, which coincides with the birth of the London label, in 2000, but as we know, the celebrations had been reduced to a more “intimate” celebration, which coincided with ABGT400 and that famous boat ride on The River Thames, without a real crowd, due to the pandemic.
However, Paavo, Jono and Tony have not lost their imagination and desire to celebrate a new milestone with a mega event, this time in 2025, with their twenty-fifth anniversary and that of their label Anjunabeats, announced during their DJ set in Mexico City last October for Group Therapy 600.
There was anticipation to understand where these celebrations would take place, and the venue has recently been announced: The Brooklyn Mirage in New York City will host the event called Anjuna25, on May 17, 2025: four stages for a night of incredible celebrations of the present, past and future of Anjunabeats and Anjunadeep and of course, of the entire career of Above & Beyond.
Above & Beyond already know The Brooklyn Mirage: one of the events of their 2022 tour took place there, together with Gabriel & Dresden, anamē, SunrYse, and Fatum.
New York is in the hearts of Above & Beyond fans because in 2014 it was the city that hosted one of the most famous celebrations of their career: the unforgettable ABGT100 at Madison Square Garden. This event will be the only one in North America, replacing the annual event at The Gorge Amphitheatre in Washington State, which this year will not be held.
