Black Is The New Yellow, written by Super8 & Tab in collaboration with Anton Sonin in 2012 and featured on the Finnish duo’s album ‘Empire’, was one of the standout tracks of that year. The record perfectly blended melodic and progressive elements, fully embodying the Anjunabeats sound of that era.
Fourteen years later, Simon Gregory revisits its essence, reshaping it and projecting it into a purer trance dimension, with a more extended melody while deliberately maintaining a tech-driven, tough and deep identity aligned with the English label’s sound; the remix also marks a new chapter for the artist.
