His DJ set at We Belong Here event was released on YouTube yesterday, further highlighting what to expect from his upcoming album
Every time Tiësto performs at a festival or headlines an event these days, attention immediately soars. Curiosity around the tracks he plays keeps growing, especially because, set after set, the Dutch DJ seems to be gradually revealing tracks from his highly anticipated trance album, expected in 2026.
During his latest DJ set at We Belong Here at Virginia Key Beach Park in Miami on March 1, a live performance that was only published yesterday on his YouTube channel, Tiësto once again demonstrated what to expect from this new musical phase: plenty of current trance and progressive, featuring tracks like ‘Airbase – Everything Else Could Wait,’ ‘Daxson – Manifesto,’ or ‘Lostly – Alone,’ just to name a few.
These were mixed with his new remixes of classic tracks and, most importantly, several unreleased productions. Some of these have already become familiar to fans, having been played multiple times in recent months, such as Lost In The Ocean and the catchy Echo Sax, whose title we now finally know, alongside the two already known singles Bring Me To Life (with FORS) and Beautiful Places (with Brieanna Grace).
During the set, two more tracks resurfaced that attentive fans had already caught in some of his very latest performances: Moons Orbit and The House Of Eternity: the first stands out for its strong classic trance influence, while the second leans more toward 90s acid trance sounds, in line with the current trend revisiting this genre. The set finally closed with his rework of Daniel Lopatin’s I Love You, Tokyo, a track that is already becoming one of the most recognizable moments of his sets even before its official release and seems poised to be one of the most iconic trance tracks of the year.
We also remind you that Tiësto announced just a few days ago a special show at Silverworks Island in London, scheduled for July 12.
