Cosmic Gate will present new music and a new collaboration with Arnej in the special Ibiza Sunset Set

Cosmic Gate return with their classic sunset set tomorrow, celebrating big returns and new music as the Ibiza sun goes down

You don’t always have to stay on top of the world to be a great producer: sometimes due to personal choices, sometimes due to force majeure, the time comes to stop for a while and start again and that’s the case with Arnej.

Canadian DJ and producer Arney Šećerkadić was one of the most appreciated faces of the trance and progressive scene in the mid-early 2000s until recently, thanks to epic tracks like The Ones That Get Away, They Always Come Back (2008) or thanks to his most famous alias, 8 Wonders, for which he released tracks like The Morning After (2004) or The Return (2008), all tracks characterized by a sophisticated sound between trance and progressive with dark atmospheres.

Massively supported by giants such as Armin van Buuren, throughout his career Arnej has collaborated with other legendary trance artists, such as Cosmic Gate, with whom he produced two massive tracks, on Black Hole Recordings: Sometimes They Come Back For More (2012) and No Strings Attached (2017) from the Cosmic Gate album Materia (Chapter Two).

After three years of absence, due to a bad computer accident as explained by the Canadian artist himself on his Facebook page, Arnej returns this week together with Cosmic Gate to release their third collaboration, which is titled Trifecta.

Cosmic Gate will celebrate Arnej’s return and their new track together with a special “Ibiza Sunset Set 2024” tomorrow, Wednesday 07 August at 18:00 CET / 12PM EST / 9AM at Amàre Beach Hotel Ibiza:

But that’s not all: more new music is coming for the German duo, and in fact the sunset set in Ibiza will also be the occasion to announce new tracks, including the new one with Susie Ledge called Only You.

Cosmic Gate were among the trance protagonists of the last editions of Transmission Elysium in Prague in June and Paraookaville 2024 in Germany few weeks ago, bringing on stage their sound between progressive-trance, progressive-house and melodic techno music; but their calendar from now to the end the year is full of dates all over the world, so it’s worth checking out here Cosmic Gate – Tour Dates.
